Welcome to a Classic California beach house perched on a hilltop overlooking Montecito’s Butterfly Beach offering tranquil luxurious living. This newly renovated home consists of four bedrooms (two of which have ocean views), four full baths and two home office options. The light and bright open floor plan consists of a chef’s kitchen, vaulted living and dining rooms with steel windows and doors that open seamlessly to exterior living and a swimming pool. Sunsets with majestic ocean views can be enjoyed on the private lawn, outdoor kitchen or dining area located next to the 60 ft long pool with integrated heated spa.

On a chilly day you can cozy up in the living room inside at the beautifully designed gas fireplace with mountain views.
The kitchen
Amazing chef's kitchen with space for multiple people to cook and prepare food comfortably at the same time. A private chef is also available on request.
Butterfly Beach
Our beach house has direct access to Butterfly Beach where you can enjoy the complimentary SUP or Boogie boards for water play or simply enjoy a walk along the glorious American Riviera Beach.
